Learn and experience some of the many benefits of yoga and meditation
This introductory, gentle yoga class will be taught by Lisa Buerk RYT 200 and will begin with a brief guided meditation before moving into demonstration, basic terminology, and slowly-paced sequences for safe alignment and practice of foundational poses.
No experience necessary, modifications will be offered and explained. Wear comfortable clothing. A yoga mat or soft floor is best. A chair or wall can also be handy for some poses.
