During these classes, you will learn assessment tools and exercises to improve your balance and build strength. These interactive classes are led by AMN Master Practitioner, Jim Chaput.
Each class is unique, so repeat attendees learn new skills and new participants can jump in anytime. Beginners are welcome…Previous attendance not required, but if you attend more than one, you will improve and build upon what you’ve learned each time.
